This room was an absolute mess before I tidied it up with a fresh coat of paint, new curtains, and the removal of the hideous red rug. I have some finishing touches to work on: Like changing
that cheapo 70's sconce, replacing the molding on the floor, and working on the placement for my deceased MIL's art. But it is now clean and functional as the first floor guest room.
