my artwork I want to hang up, but I'm a bit nervous about putting so many holes in the walls.

1Congrats on your new place! You did a fabulous job making it "feel" like home.
My impression of DC is that it is very transient in nature. So I'm doubly impressed to see how a place that looks so wonderfully eclectic and settled.
