Thanks, CoolLikeThat! The ferris wheel is an old postcard that I collected with my Mom as a child. It was sent in 1912 from France to the US. I had it blown up at a print shop and used large
antique nails to hang it on the wall.
I knew it had to have a special meaning behind it. What a wonderful picture to display! My Mum has a few things that I would love for her to pass on to me. I have my Grandma's pram and doll
from her childhood.
We had fun using cool grays and sage with saturated brown and black. We love our open floorplan and eclectic furnishings. Intersted in your thoughts...
If you're into home decorating and have a project you're particularly proud of — from an entire room to a tiny nook — post a photo in Su Casa and tell us the story behind it. If I like your designs, you could see your photos featured on CasaSugar!

Post a CommentI love it! It's done really well.
Thank you, riveronica. Your room re-do is quite well done, too!
The picture of the ferris wheel caught my eye. Is there a story behind that? I really love seeing unique peices like that.
